I usually sleep great, however, lately before having my exam I have woken up way too early that I usually do. Do you guys have any advice on how I can sleep longer before my exam? I guess that this is a stress related issue and not really a sleep related issue, because unless there is an exam I sleep great.

Perfect

I just think sleeping and waking up too early is conditioning you have made over the years.
But think that isn't a bad idea as that happens at the right time when is needed. But taking sleeping tablet(drug) at this period will be helpful, but you have to be careful it doesn't hurt you by you sleeping longer that you don't read well for your examination.

Organize Your Materials: Take some time to gather all the materials you'll need for the exam, including textbooks, notes, and any other resources. Having everything organized and readily accessible can help reduce anxiety.
Review Strategically: Avoid cramming large amounts of information the night before the exam. Instead, focus on reviewing key concepts, formulas, or vocabulary that are most likely to appear on the exam. Prioritize areas where you feel less confident.
Practice Relaxation Techniques: Engage in relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation to help calm your mind and body. Taking breaks to relax can improve focus and reduce stress levels.

Your situation is a common one; when faced with high-pressure situations, our minds can race, making it difficult to relax and stay asleep. It's great to hear that you usually sleep well, which means you have a solid foundation to build on. Stick to a consistent sleep schedule even on weekends, avoid naps if they disrupt your nighttime sleep, and reserve your bed for sleep only—this helps condition your brain for rest.
