I'm looking at it in angle of some parents reluctance of leaving their kinds in day care, not just interacting with strangers.

Ya it's our responsibility but If people are doing jobs and not able to give a proper care to their children then Child-Day-Care is a best program to solve this problem.

Child-Day-Care Is more appearing these days  because of the economic state of the world, where career is our second nature.
