Amber Rose arrived at this year's MTV Video Music Awards showing lots of skin in a dress full of chains.

The oufit quickly drew comparisons to an even more revealing one actress Rose McGowan wore at the 1998 VMAs when she walked the carpet with Marilyn Manson.
