Greetings,   
I am an American.  I prefer to Build an Animation Studio in India.  Now i'm exploring for computer animators.  I preferred India simply because it is more affordable compared to U. S.  I need to fully understand the procedures for starting up a organization in India, specifically an animation studio.   
   
Can you people please guide me out?

Before that I would like to know that do you have any personal contacts in India? And if you don't then try to make by finding people online and talking to them to know about the market.
