Well people have different, likes and dislikes about foods. Some eat beef and some of them dislike, but it is a fact that it's good source of protein which is necessary for maintenance and growth of cells, as well as development of muscles. So people need to eat beef.

I think is a matter of choice, but I rather eat food for what it does in my body than just for food sake.
