Ok so i play video games alot and i get mad, scream, bang things and throw things. My parents tell me to settle down but i cant. Even if i get reallymad i start crying. Im 11 years old help Me!

No one can help you, except you and you alone. Maybe when you are older, you will find a way to calm your mind, stop your rage and scream.

You need to create a special time for it. Do other works aside playing games, go out and meet with people, do house chores, school assignment and so on.
With these you will see you may not have time for the video games anymore and will be better.
