MY OGA AT THE TOP VIDEO AND COMMENTS WATCH OUT

My oga at the top was first mentioned in the seminar I went in lagos by seminar orgenisers as they make joke of  a Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Obafaiye Shem, on Channels Television. I didn't really understand what they meant as they kept on repeating My oga at the top, My oga at the top, but could only hear them referring to " My oga at the top and web address not being complete" being the main comments or discussion. After the seminar I went to my house, turned my radio I still hearing same word "My oga at the top" this time is about a wife protesting about joke about her husband. I thought it could be that one comedian as usual ridiculed certain man and now his wife wants to take it up. I went to internet as a webmaster who is always online same world again My oga at the top. Is then I decided to search the really crux of this My oga at the top. It then I realized what happened.
It was about Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Obafaiye Shem, on Channels Television morning programme, during the interview was asked about his organization website but couldn't remember what the organization website is.

This is for people who might be asking: What is my oga at the top meaning? or meaning of my oga at the top, how does my oga at the top come into existance? the post and video above tells how my oga at the top started and what my oga at the top is.
