Okay so if All the countries in the world were to break into war, and each country got to choose which country or nation they could unite with or not .

Well I think similar thing had happened in world wars, which gave birth to United nations.
Just think such thing could only make current united nations disintegrate and integrate again with different name, system and ideology.
