yes that is true,remember here in Africa we're lucky but we do not use the chance the almighty God gave us,everything we have is fresh but i wonder finding someone eating tinned food all whatever.We have i eyes but we do not see,so let us keep on informing our fellow brothers and sisters to change.
Remember mostly rich people are the one facing this problem,so we can make money saving their life

yeah the black berry is really good for burning fats and removing bad cholesterol from our body,if you get chance to go to Tanzania,they have that black berry but the natives don't know how useful it is to our health

shape our health.

Industrialization has seen social and economic innovation – finding
ways to increase productivity in a range of sectors while reducing
physical activity. Our diets have also changed drastically with this –
we eat food that comes in larger portions, junk foods,is increasingly processed,
endlessly available and more energy-dense.

Put together, there’s now an energy imbalance between what we eat, and
the energy we expend. This leads to obesity and related chronic
diseases – but it’s not simply due to people making poor choices.

So we have to know what we're supposed to eat depending on the work
we're doing,our governments have to plan to build physical fitness
centers as a must ,educate more health care specialist,
nutritionist,physiotherapist, Occupational therapist and many more.
