Whether it is arthritis ayurvedic cure or modern medicinal cure for arthritis one has to first identify the type of arthritis. Even if pain in the joints with inflammation and sometimes with fever is most common complaints associated with arthritis, most people are not aware of the less common types.  As per Ayurveda, arthritis occurs as a result of 'vata' aggravation and there are various factors that trigger its intensity and symptoms. Some of the factors that govern its occurrence are improper digestion, toxin accumulation and its deposition in the joints. In ayurvedic treatment significant efforts are being made to digest the 'ama' and reduce the 'vata'. In order to achieve this, foods that are easily digestible are highly recommended during the course of the treatment. Also, naturalistic home remedies are beneficial in suppressing the factors that trigger the symptoms associated with arthritis. Fasting is good to digest the unnecessary accumulated waste by-products, but this should be done after medical analyses and depending on your physical health status. During earlier times, arthritis was associated with old age and as secondary to other diseases but now with irregular food habits, sedentary work scenario and poor lifestyle practices; it has become common among the youngsters too and for this reason more than ever before ayurvedic help is being sought after for the treatment. Massaging the body with medicated oils improves the blood circulation and reduces the incidence of episodes and light exercise within the limits is also advised.
