 Hello to you all.  This is my first post I mainly registered so I could begin a conversation on what is the quickest way to make a 6 pack abs.  I am not really a exercise maniac or body builder, I simply want to appear fit, but I don't really want to invest too much effort work outs.  I found that its full of products claiming they can coach you how you can make it happen in my internet research.  There were also sites claiming i could do this in a week, but i don't really believe that. . .  Have you heard of the truth about abs book, because I found quite a fine site where the writer was talking about and it took my attention -   getsixpackinweekxxx:   .  The writer is also promoting the thesis that you should put plenty of work in order to get the body well shaped, but he recommends that book provides very good tips on how to do it right.  If there are people in this community that could give me their opinion would be fantastic!

Any thing that what something requires effort to accomplish.
Natural way is always the best as chance of side affect is minimal.
