Hi, I've been lifting weight from me teenage. From my experience I can tell you some injuries are overlooked while lifting heavy weight. Those can happen as a result of wrong techniques, and lack of equipment during weight lifting. Back pain is one of them. I've seen many athletes, facing the issue of back pain at some level, and it can affect the whole career. A correct posture takes time to maintain, because a lot of experience is required to correct all positions during training. Yes, this because the injuries during training are not often obvious, but one needs to be careful.  Although some injuries are self limiting.
