Well People use to eat, different meals in the morning after exercise. I also like to eat foods like Oatmeal, butter along with glass of mango shake. I usually like to eat after two hour of my workout at gym. The taste, of oatmeal is delicious and you know these foods, and drinks are good for your body which result in developed muscles and optimized fitness level as well.

Morning excise is lovely, and plays important role in our health, just that many of us are lazy and prefer using only food intake method to take care of our health.

If exercise is a pill, it would be one of the most cost-effective drugs ever imaginary. Ten minute morning exercise is one of the best way to get healthy life.

I just finished my morning excise and taken my bath now, I feel good.

well people,

Before breakfast Daily Some Times to spend walking and exercise to fit our body and healthy.
Then breakfast(like Oatmeal, butter along with glass of mango shake).

What I understand so far in reading health articles is that Margarine contains less saturated fat than butter.
