We've been seeing these days that no people are capable of controlling their weights and themselves to stay fit and healthy. This may be because of many factors such like food habits and living habits. Whereas people living in the town and cities will not be having a time to control themselves they always trying to get on works this is because of time disrespectable for eating and sitting along the systems and works will cause a great damage. If we speak about mostly people are getting affected with obese just because of food quality. This food quality depends not only on one food but all the nutrients and vitamin contained food should be taken I mean a balanced diet. Some of them will be taking good in large quantities and some may be like no time to maintain a regular time to eat. So obviously people will get affected with obese. Becoming fat is not a mistake but continuing the same is a greatest mistake so take some necessary steps now to get back and set back to your original body. If we look in to the problem faced by fatty people are like unable to run and they can't even walk for smaller distances. Whenever they do smoothing they will have the pain of moving from one to other place. They will complete lose their stability and power with them to control. Feeling so shy and joining groups just because the people will make fun of the fatty persons keeping their funny nicknames. There are some ninety-nine problems when one person is fat. This may lead to danger very soon. There are few questions you have to ask yourself that you want to still continue or to press the back button.
People are fat because of they don't have a control over eating and they will be eating whatever comes to them. So first you have to make a habit of eating small meals. And note that suddenly don't skip your meals it will damage you completely break up meals into small. Be sure to take a quality food which is complexly balanced. Eat foods and fruits which have high proteins and nutrients. after all food habits it is a mandatory thing to get early in the morning and start slowly walking and then gradually you can pick up your speed and according to standards you can start running . You have to start walking to nearest place like going to office on by walk if it is walk able distances. Also you can walk down to bring the vegetables from the market. Start doing your own works without any supports. Take possible regular intervals in the working hours to get fresh. Drink water plenty. It is tuff to manage yourself your enough fat so take a kick start to be active to manage yourself. Yoga is the only thing which keeps your mind and body balanced. So start yoga by which your body and brain get connected and you will be able to manage and be active throughout the day.  Give up the snacks and outside food completely and always prefer food in your kitchen. Eat less and limited and very less in the nights as compared to other times. Sleep efficiently in the nights.
