There are some different systems on how to lose weight.  Some person believe that a person can lose fat simply by eating a healthier starvation.  Others claim that you can become slimmer without having to give up any kind of food, but by simply adding exercise to your daily everyday. 

However what you choose to believe, if you are not dropping pounds with your current regimen or workout routine, then you need to make some kind of change.  If you really despise exercise, bear in mind a change to what you eat.  An increase in eating vegetables may be a good way to create. 

No matter which weight loss program you decide to go with, there will be times when you just do not think that it is merit it.  Keep in mind, there are plenty of others out there trying to figure out their way and how to lose weight fast.  It may take some time, but if you really trust in yourself and that you can become healthy you can get to your goal weight.  Good luck!
