Cataract problem is very critical problem, in this problem the visual quality of the lens gradually degrades.
Symptoms of cataract:- 1. fuzzy,foggy, filmy vision.
2.difficulty in seeing at night or in dim night.
3.Monocular diplopia.
Causes :- intake the smoking and alcohol in access amount is the main causes of cataract problem. so try to avoid that bad habits fast.
Solution:- vitamin C rich diet are the best cure to solve cataract problem.
