Because, there is always joyfulness and fun, when you realise the purpose of your existence. You will like to help fellow being to be happy. Thats what Jesus did, when He was entrying the city and a corpse was been carried out for burial and a widow was crying for her only son. The only thing that can make her happy is restoration of her only son back to life. The resurrection and the life was there to bring smiles back to her face.
