A couple of hours of work a day in your home on your computer and making thousands a month sound appealing to you? Well, there are people who are doing just that by using Google Adwords and I love it. They have more time to do the things you really enjoy in life. What we all learned is to work smarter, not harder.

What is Google Adwords? Each time you search using Google, a list of search results. These are shown for free. In addition, you will see sponsored links displayed to the right of search results and sometimes appear at the top of the results. These are paid advertisements. Adwords ads are pay per click advertising means that Google's pay each time someone clicks on your ad.

People are using Google AdWords, a program of Pay-Per-Click, to market their own website and products. Also, many people also are using it, even if they do not own a website. They use it to promote and market affiliate programs. The benefit to the use of AdWords is that you can get instant traffic to your site.

Below are (5) steps to start a successful Google AdWords campaign.

Step 1 - Get the basics

Before attempting to start making money with adwords you first need to educate themselves. You need to understand how adwords and pey-per-click job. Google has an informative site that offers demonstrations and guides to learn the basics of how it works on its website. There are also many e-books on the subject. However, make sure that the authors are credible, experienced and professionals. These experts share a wealth of information, tips and strategies.

Step 2 - Open a Google Adwords account

After understanding how google then you are ready to open a Google AdWords account. Google has a minimum cost to get started. Google will take you through several steps in creating your account.

Step 3 - Write a text ad advertising message

You have to create your ad. The purpose of the ad is to get more people to click on it as possible. You want to stand out from the rest. Before writing your ad, study your competitor's ads. Then write several different creative text ads and test each one to see which has the highest click rate.

Step 4 - The list of keywords

The list of keywords is crucial. The right list can be the difference between success and failure for what it wants to build a list of keywords more effective and focused. The more focused your keywords are more targeted and interested visitors who click on your ads will result in more purchases. However, the broader your list of keywords that visitors are more interested in what you are selling and this can easily and quickly using your advertising budget.

Step 5 - Setting the Budget

Google asks what is the maximum amount you want to spend, on average per day and what is the most you are willing to pay each time someone clicks on your ad. Set your maximum budget to an affordable level and comfortable and never spend more than its worth visiting.

There are five basic steps to get you heading towards the success of Google AdWords. As you practice and gain experience with AdWords, you further improve the performance of campaigns. And as it improves performance more specific visitors will translate into more sales.
