Most sites have a links page - why? Well, there are two very important reasons why a web developer should consider a page of links.
1. Search Engine Optimization or SEO is just a way to get search engines to pick up that you are there. Another thing you must not neglect if you want your website to be considered is the collection of links.
2. Their website provides a service to its visitors - providing links to other interesting sites to visit. Although the retail industry could say that I want people to stay in place, rather than go elsewhere, carefully chosen links may be able to make people more interested in the product they are selling!
