What did you mean by webpage extension, the link folder structure e.g. /marketing/seo/title or the language webpage is built on e.g. php, html, asp, etc?

Generally speaking, being that keyword is one of the factors, therefore the name you give a webpage or URL mapping affects its search engine page ranking. For example,  fintech SEO services in Africa in URL mapping will rank higher than "SEO services in Africa" for fintech-related SEO solutions.
