The third part of this article will focus on the area of ??meta tags optimization for Google. I will mention in the order they usually appear in the source code. I will review five key goal areas.

The DTD statement.
This should be the first label in the head section of your code. Document Type Definition Statement allows faster and deeper indexing with Google, shortening the time your site will be in the "trustbox" too. HTML 4.0 or 4.01 should be the norm, and for most cases, the type of transition should be used.

The title, the most important.
Why? Because there are three elements in SEO: the list (title is the main element), the click-through (the title is the main reason) and conversion (which is the object of all optimization work) Also, if this is not sufficient reason (is that) is the only element that suggests indexed and used for the list of text links on Google's SERPs (search results pages). An average of 7 to 8 words in length is optimal.

The description.
Used by Google to create a text summary description of the page if available, so make sure that the content of this tag is friendly search engine, not the search engine. If you are in a competitive market, this tag is not taken into account, but you should have for visitors. An average length of 150 characters is good.

The key words.
Google uses this tag really against it, because what it means to be used as a spam control point for the content of the page. Also, do not include the niche keywords here, as you will give your tips on optimizing your competition. Put your main keywords throughout the content in place. Here use an average of 200 characters.
Make sure you are using different sets of keywords per page, in other words that are unique to each particular page.

The type of character set.
Another element of the head section, it tells the browser what to do when you encounter some characters in your pages. Google indexes pages with the label easier 8859-1, and will not do any encoding of data, which can take a lot of extra time. The UTF-8 encoding involves labels and should be used for formS that accept non-standard characters, such as users of other foreign countries.
