This topic is going through my head since several months and what I
found is that you just have to take in different informations and ideas than most
people do, takedifferent action, be yourself, and position yourself as an authentic
leader and amentor to others.
There are thousand of way to become better and stand out of the multitude, but where is the most significant. . . .

Well said, dont follow trends and even if you do be UNIQUE! But what are you trying to offer the world?

Addition to what I said above, have an objective and discipline to focus on that irrespective of the odd.
