What do you say If I say one of my friend is ranking No#1 for the most competitive keyword with just 1 backlink.

Yes, Its correct. He is ranking.

He just made a single backlink on highly relevant wensite with exact match anchor and able to rank. I have done all the analysis but not able to find what exactly he is doing.

I want from you all please do an analysis of that single backlink and that website that is ranking No#1 for keyword "Local Packers and Movers Bangalore" and the link is created on (you can find in my signature, because forum does not allow me to leave link here.)

Do analysis and discuss here if you found something interesting.

Many things would have lead to your friend out ranking you outside the back link, such as contents, age of the site, relevance, site speed, etc. You need to check those factors.

I know and checked all other factors but I'm sure and spoke with him about it. He tells me that he is ranking only because of that backlink and engagement factor.

If you have checked and got other factors right, and certain he ranks because of that link, get the same link from that source, then, look for similar sources and get multiple links(slowly). With this you can outrank him.

For example, if he got his backlink from a particular news site, or blog ( through a press release or review), contact the site owner and replicate the same, then go the extra mile to reach other news sites and blogs in that niche. This will outrank the site.
