RSS (Really Simple Syndication) has become so popular today and is referring to Internet users as "pull" technology rather than technology "Push".

It's hard to imagine anyone who connects to the Internet has not heard of "spam." Most if not all Internet users are inundated with these
ads, which did not ask or request.

For those of you who may be unfamiliar with the term, be sure that we are not talking about canned meat here. LOL! Rather, it is unwanted publicity from people who neither requested nor required. Spam is "push" technology. "Pushed" in the face and the inbox, like it or not.

Many believe that this type of "Push" technology is or will be, the death of email. However, there are always people and businesses that are using illegal spam process, email will be around
long, long time. The irony is, companies are making millions of people selling spam solutions, people and big corporations that are not working!

RSS, is the opposite of the previous "push" technology. By subscribing to an RSS feed subscribers "pull" of information in their RSS readers and you can only do so if someone voluntarily subscribes to a particular RSS feed. If you find that it is the information they want, they can simply unsubscribe and not have to receive another message from the owner of that particular link. Hence the term "pull" technology.

Using RSS "pull" technology has become a popular source of income for webmasters to use RSS feeds on their websites. Here's how:

Let's say you set up a one page mini-site, or you could even create a blog. A blog would be a quick and easy
alternative.

Then, you can host Google Adsense ads or the new Yahoo search ads on Google. When someone visits
the page and click on one of your ads, you get paid.

If you've gone ahead and done the above steps, you created a good starting point. You'll have to
make sure your pages are optimized correctly. This will ensure you get your page ranked high in search engines.
Like any site or page, the more targeted traffic you get, the greater the chance that someone clicks on your ads.
Thereby increasing their income.

Now, using the power of RSS to increase your earning potential pages. When you add an RSS feed
to your page, making it a constant change in the dynamic web page. Carry a lot of visitors who, in all likelihood, will read it.

Especially if you add 10 or 15 RSS feeds to your site. You will create a dynamic, ever changing, auto-refresh the page. Provide valuable content that readers want to read again and again.

Any website can become a dynamic web page. Just use the RSS creator free software called "tent" This is one of the most popular free versions and can be downloaded here: http://www.geckotribe.com/rss/carp/

After setting the program on your website and add the correct code to your website, then you
RSS feeds need to collect that relate to the theme of your website.

Already have your web site is subject is about writing articles. Go to Google News, RSS to get the source code, insert it into the tent designated encoding, then make the necessary changes found below: http://news.google.com/news?hl=en & q = writing + articles & ie = UTF-8 & output = rss

The same goes for Topix.net, adjusting the code like this: http://rss.topix.net/search/?q=writing+articles&xml=1

Once you have your website uploaded, it will automatically pull in new content from Google and Topix writing articles.

Doing these things for any website and see the search engine ranking soar and your income!
