You need to add the Twitter followers manually, otherwise if you use a software your account will get penalized. Once you have a good amount of followers, you can be sending interesting stuff with your affiliate link.

You must be a person of great value or be given people great value in life to have millions of followers, otherwise use software and get banned.

You can't make it online on whatever you do (including participating in Cokoye.com) without given some sort of  great value to the people, otherwise you just wasting of time and energy fantasizing.
