I have been doing research on SEO companies and wondering what clients see in a company before hiring them big projects.     I have good experience in SEO but when it comes to project or client satisfaction than I lack in something please suggest me something which can help me to grow my business house.

They are all boarded on your ability to demonstrate that hiring your company won't cause them damage. As most of us are aware if seo isn't done well, it can lead to site penalty or even dropping from search engine completely.
To solve this devote time to be educating your public through your blog and a forum like this by writing here, put some of companies and individuals you have worked for their results and testimonies. These will foster public confidence to patronize your company.
