Social bookmarking websites are becoming increasingly popular. They allow you to save bookmarks online and Tag / categorize them with keywords instead of saving as bookmarks in the favorites list yourbrowser. This is particularly useful when based browser bookmarks have become unwieldy. It also helps because you can access your bookmarks from any computer that has an Internet connection.

Once you have set them, you can view, sort by category / keyword, and view the links of others who have been labeled as yours.

Also establish RSS feeds for each category (tag) that allows "subscribe" a. This tells of new bonds in their areas of interest. The bookmark collection / RSS becomes visible to other people who can copy your favorites to your own collection. So now you can promote aggressively the RSS feed directories and search engines, RSS, union and make them available to a wider audience.

Social bookmarking sites also help you meet other people who are interested in such issues are and who may also have knowledge of web resources that do not.

In social bookmarking sites, you must first create an account. Then make things interesting and useful in the area of ??interest or expertise. This will create a useful feed. Once you've done that intermittently (or aggressively), add useful and interesting items, (which could use additional exposure), from its own content. Make an honest effort to contribute information and useful links. This is about sharing and exposure. Done properly, it can be as aggressive as you want to be sharing information. You can share your blog (s), links to your informational / resource sites etc. Think about the fact that by sharing links to other resources, is also effectively promoting their content.

This is an aggressive and can ethically promote your content and the content of others. I personally I have hundreds of gigabytes of information on my own and other information connected to my laptop. In the final analysis, is to do what is not good-for-always sitting there. However, by holding that, in line, I can help myself (to get organized, get the content of my presentation, etc.) and help others at the same time.

If you spice up your food with too much sales and related marketing or promotional material itself, people can easily and reduce their subscription to your feed. And instead of winning the good will and doing a service to the Internet community qualifies as a spammer and suffer the consequences.

So while being aggressive is possible and acceptable, taking care to consider the best interest of the community is certainly warranted.

Balance to be ethical and provide a useful service to others with promoting your own content allows it to be as aggressive as you like. But remember, after all, others will take the decision on whether it is ethical and useful, or spam.
