Hi and how are you. Keyword density simply means the number of keywords that you should have in one blog post. For an example, if you have a blog page with 1000 words count, the keyword density should be  between 5-10% of the total words but not exceeding that. So you will have 10/100 x1000 = 100 keywords in a page with 1000 words.
