 Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the overall mandate of the Head of HR will be to assume responsibility for all people based activities within the institution, both in terms of operations and strategic direction.
He/she will oversee the institution's overall human resource planning, recruitment, training, employee
relations, salary review, and compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
Degree in HR Management, or Business
Administration/Management with emphasis in HR Management.
7 years or more of HR Experience of which the last 2 years must be in a management capacity
Requirements:
Organizational development background and
proven ability to design, develop, and implement HR programmes.
Strong people management, communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills
