JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK OFFICER
LOCATION: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to the Admin Manager
Responsible for first line interaction with visitors to our head office.
Answer telephones and transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff
Manage correspondence, including e-mails and fax.
Handle incoming mails and calls for enquiries
Receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing documents and parcels
Maintain records and keeps track of office supplies
Ensure general organization and tidiness
Collate and maintain confidential customer information for loyalty scheme
Perform general admin duties such as filing of documents etc.

I had gone through the post, it is detailing about the requirement and the responsibilities for performing the task successfully. I am currently in the field of medical transcription . We used to convert the spoken word into written word, thereby creating patient medical records. Since these are legal documents subject to subpoena, it's important that the transcription confirm to a high standard of accuracy. The medical transcription program is a 180-day, self paced one.
