 Position Summary:
The Phase 2 project will require the Hospital to recruit an additional.300 staff members and oversee training of selected staff members. The HRProject Leader (HRPL)
will direct and manage the full scope of the Phase 2 HR
plan including maintaining quality and timely deliverables throughout the project's life cycle. The HRPL will take charge of the development and implementation of the following:
A comprehensive HR development plan of integrating/orienting AKHD current and Phase 2 newly hired staff.
A Communication and Change Management strategy in the life cycle of the project plan
taking an active role in the hospital's academic, administrative, and quality agendas.
Academic Qualifications:
M.D, M.S, M.Med of equivalent, in relevant field of specialization/super-specialization with active clinical role and ongoing academic engagement within the hospital set-up.
Experience
At least l-year of experience post successful completion of the residency program (including medical clearance through relevant exam).
3 years of more of relevant post-Masters experience.
Teaching experience in a recognized Medical College of teaching hospital would be an asset.
Candidate must be committed to patient and family-centered care, and be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
within their relevant fields. Selected candidate will have specialist/consultant status as per the institution's scheme of service, and will
participate in the training and supervision of residents, interns, and house officers in the wards and/or clinic.
ensuring engagement of stakeholders in the pre-
and post-phase of the project.
Qualifications:
Degree in HR Management, or Business
Administration/Management with emphasis in
HR Management.
4 years of HR Experience.
Requirements:
Commitment to the AKHST values of service excellence, integrity, quality, diversity, and, team spirit.
Strong business acumen and excellent project management skills.
Organizational development background and proven ability to design, 'develop, and implement HR programs.
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
