We are a leading performance improvement company that specializes in training and developing front-line agents in call centers. Our unique and highly effective approach to learning has led to close alliances with the industry's top professional associations. We are looking for an experienced and educated Telephone Operator.

Job Summary:
The operator will be responsible for answering our phones; we receive over 100 calls daily. We are looking for someone who is multitasking and can handle high volume of calls while processing customer requests in our database.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND in any related discipline
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Have great customer service skills and telephone voice.
Ability to follow simple and even complex instructions
Can convince people over the phone
Pays attention to details
Applicant must live around, Ketu, Berger, Ikosi, Shangisha, Magodo and Alausa

Salary: N20,000
