The problem with Gov.  Elechi is the problem of "industrial action" from different sectors of the state.
Currently, the state high court or will I say the Justice ministry is on strick.
EBSU is contemplating strick action and host of other sectors. 

I think they are working towards that now?

They increased the school fees and  the strike cease.

No not at all. The new administration had turn most of the school to boarding of which Girls High School Azuiyiokwu is one of them.
