POEM: CASUAL VERSUS STAFF

When on mother earth
We find two sets
Of twins
The one casual
In the part-time and
Annex programmes
And their director of studies
Yet in the upper suite
Of the same
Academic bolding
Is the casual
Versus the staff
And none academic staff
Starling askiance
In point and hel home steads
Where all the evils
Committed in the school stead
Is being around the make and baseless neck
Of casuals
Who does eriand jobs
For the staff
With whom casuals
Share the some
And oftentimes better
Administrative cum
Academic qualifications
But the one mirage
Is to block casuals
From becoming staff
At all cost
With mindset of staff Ajantalis
Whose fantima
Is to pass or fail students
Students indiscriminately
To put their staff
In between the legs of
(un) willing female students
And send casuals
For crucifixion
When they try a lesser
Measure of wickedness.
