In my opinion I think is obvious this man isn't for her as this is sign of danger ahead.

He has the choice to marry the one who he has impregnanted and let go the about to wed, cos she is already carrying his seed.

This decision will be easy depending on what he actually wants as person; if polygamy marry all, if monogamy marry the one already pregnant and apologise to the initially engaged. The point people should consider is if your sister is the one impregnanted, will you say the guy should go ahead and marry the other lady??? Obviously most people will fight for him to marry her.

This is really sad for the ladies.
