Interesting! Girls have differences so in my experience it's hard to know if she is just being nice or interested to you. maybe you can ask nicely if what is she really feeling to you.

Some women are interested due to some reasons or other:

1. money: if a woman knows that u ave money and she did not like u before, it might be as a result of being abuse of her opportunity. She would like to develop her feeling before fall in love.

2.Power:  You must not start spending money for her immediately you approached her and let her know that ' The End Justify The Means' i.e A woman with an integrity would be more interested in your life than your money or power.

well if i may say  its all depends the way you treated and the maturity you apply in terms of the way you handle or iron out an issues with them doe its kind of hard but out of majority good woman is hard to find and in that case they are so minority so it takes prayers and the grace of GOD to know their heart.

good luck figuring this out. my best response, try to get to know her.look at her as an individual. be friendly,lightly flirtatious and don't worry about which it is yet.
give it some time to develop first

If a lady is nice to a guy statistic revealed that such a lady has tome interest in the guy in question no two ways about it. Thats mostly if their are of the same age bracket..... a very small portion of such being nice
may mean nothing. Then it now depends on what the guy wants in alady????
