These are the two most confused words or terms in human relationships; often times used interchangeably.
Men use love to get sex. A brother will confess to a girl of his being smitten and swear by all that is holy that his love is forever. Forever lasts till he gets into her pants
 What of women? They confuse getting physical with a commitment from the man. That sex equals love; that is a myth. Sex can not get a man to love. Prostitutes would have an overwhelming number of suitors!!
