Wooing a girl in front of elder ones, is that right, what is the chances of succeeding, what would you do if you are the girl or the elder ones, what is your opinion on this? I mean for serious relationship.  

Well, I think is bothered on how mature you are as a man and your intention, as you wrote "serious relationship" as mature guy you shouldn't bother about the elder ones, just walk up to the girl and tell her sincerely why you are here. Needless to say, the elder ones are likely to be looking at you guys, your confident and body language will determine what the reaction of the girl or the elder ones will be. 

Wooing a girl in front of her elder ones, the chances of succeeding are narrow. Holding to the fact that a man who is serious and who is not isn't written on the face. So  the best thing to do is to ask someone who is a woman to call her out off the elder ones view.

Respect the elder ones, by calling her out, if you don't, the girl will do and this might work against your intention.
Personally it disturbs my sense of decency as an Africa to woo a girl in front of her elder ones.
