To me, thinking positively is pretty easy. I often think about my loved ones when I'm depressed. When I want to stop something, I think about why I started. For example, when my boyfriend and I have an argument, I think about the love we have shared and think about why I agree with my partner's feelings. That makes me feel like everything is better and we're back together again. The way to think positively is much easier than we think.
