As a person when Angry or upset what calms you?

When Angry or upset what I do is to face the situation that caused me being upset and solve it then I will calm or move from the scene if not something that could be solved, and enter Cokoye.com and go to interesting boards such as jokes in section of Cokoye, by the time I read one or two jokes I will be calmed.

I didn't suggest you are.
Every one of us have a way of dealing with certain issues, I started this thread so that we learn from one anther how angry or upset could be handled when it set in, as angry is universal language.
I don't think there is standard way of facing it other than learn from individuals how they tickly the problem.
Let us keep on learning from one another here.

Acecrane made an interesting point above on how he calms Angry or upset whenever it sets in, I think if one can master that it will of great advantage as at least it does not require any external techniques.
