Barely a week after he splashed N16.4 million and N8 million on Katsina and Sokoto All Progessives Congress chapters respectively to lobby delegates  ahead of the Primary Election in December 2014, the former Vice  President,Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, today doled out another N5 million naira to the Ebonyi Chapter of the party in Abakaliki to canvas for votes of the delegates.
