Needless to say we have had several leaders in our various Africa's states such as Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Liberia among other 53 countries.

Imagine, I can't name a single African leader that I admire. But they say Joyce Banda is doing very well for her country. Perhaps Africa needs more women leaders.

However, there is a hypothesis that women are generally better leaders than men. Would be interesting to see how that is reflected in Africa.
