From Nigeria I rate Chukwuemeka Ojukwu 90% being the old eastern Nigeria governor.
What I admire is his other's centeredness.

I am From Uganda. Janet Museveni, She is State Minister for Karamoja Affairs.
I gave her 70% what I admire is her attention to the poor which lead her to found Women's Effort to Save Orphans (UWESO), a private relief agency in late 1986.

Mandela, for his tenacity, focus and sense of direction. Rate 100%

Imagine, I can't name a single African leader that I admire. But they say Joyce Banda is doing very well for her country. Perhaps Africa needs more women leaders.

I think so as well Africa needs more women leaders, men have failed and still failing.

so let's put them in the office...

Perhaps I am struggling with identifying the qualities of good leadership among our African leaders on our beloved continent.

However, there is a hypothesis that women are generally better leaders than men. Would be interesting to see how that is reflected in Africa.
