At least four vehicles and other property belonging to members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) were destroyed in an alleged revenge attack by supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gona town of Akko Local Government Area of Gombe State.

The attack happened when a convoy of the APC gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya was on its way to Billiri for a campaign rally.
