ABUJA- formER Inspector- General of Police and Chairman, Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, Alhaji Ibrahim Coomasie, IGP, rtd said yesterday that for the Federal government and members of the Boko Haram sect to have a genuine ceasefire, there must be the involvement of a neutral and international body.
