Buhari administration has recorded huge success in restoration of peace in Yobe.



1. Back then in 2012, our African largest cattle market located in Potiskum was attacked, where over 531 people and 1560 cattle were gruesomely killed by BH just within an hour, since then, the market became deserted for 3years until Buhari came onboard in 2015, today the market is operating peacefully, where thousands of cattle are sold daily with no single gunshot for good five years.

2. Between 2011 and 2015, the state capital, Damaturu was attacked severally for more than 200 times (with gun attack & bomb blast), where thousands of innocent lives were gruesomely killed, in fact, even our Government house was once occupied by the insurgents, today Damaturu is living peacefully with neither gunshot nor bomb blast since Buhari took over in 2015. 

3. Prior to Buhari administration, Yobe state had about three overcrowded IDPs camps with over 27,000 persons, today, since 2015 Yobe doesn't have a single IDP camp anywhere, in fact, all of the 27,000 persons are now farmers in their respective villages, farming peacefully.

4. Prior to Buhari administration, Gujba, Gulani, some parts of Damaturu-Fune-Potiskum local governments were fully under the control of the insurgents, today no single community that's under control of the insurgents.

5. Since Baba Buhari took over in 2015, there is no assassination of our school children, while before, over 119  school children killed in college of Agric Gujba in 2013, 14 killed in  GSS Damaturu-2013, 59 student killed in FGC Buni Yadi-2014, 7 killed in Mamudo in 2014.

6. Buhari administration has constructed 500 Housing unit in Damaturu, opposite Red Bridge, along Maiduguri road.

7. Buhari administration sets to complete the 171 Kmrs of road from Nguru-Jajimaji-Gashua-Bayamari towns.

8. Buhari administration has constructed a brand new correctional institution in Damaturu.

9. In an efforts to tackle the insurgency, Buhari administration relocated Nigerian Army training school from Niger state to Buni Yadi in Gujba local government, Buhari administration equally sited 120 Battalion in Goniri and Buni Yadi brigade in order to tackle the movement of the insurgents.

11. Prior to Buhari administration, more than 13 mosques & 6 churches were attacked ( including Eid Mubarak ground),  motorparks and GSM markets were severally attacked, thousands of innocent lives were killed, today, since Baba took over in 2015, no single person is killed in our markets, neither motor park nor GSM markets.
