It has found the key to happiness, and it isn't keeping it to itself. To help others "discover their 'inner Finn' and master the Finnish frame of mind," Finland has announced that it would host a "Masterclass of Happiness."

This sounds interesting. Just curious as to why the Finland government thinks this is what their masses need now.
