THE controversy sur­rounding the educational qualification of the Presi­dential standard bearer of the All Progressives Con­gress (APC), Major-General Muhammadu Buhari, may have finally been laid to rest by the Independent Nation­al Electoral Commission (INEC).
The commission on Wednesday posted on its website the profiles of the 14 presidential candidates and their deputies for the February 14 general elec­tion.
In the statement, INEC re­corded West African School Certificate (WASC) for Gen. Buhari.

Certificate shouldn't be used as basis for voting candidate but the ability of the candidate to deliver his/her mandate. Because certificate can be bought (let us not pretend about it).
