THE controversy sur­rounding the educational qualification of the Presi­dential standard bearer of the All Progressives Con­gress (APC), Major-General Muhammadu Buhari, may have finally been laid to rest by the Independent Nation­al Electoral Commission (INEC).
The commission on Wednesday posted on its website the profiles of the 14 presidential candidates and their deputies for the February 14 general elec­tion.
In the statement, INEC re­corded West African School Certificate (WASC) for Gen. Buhari.

Certificate shouldn't be used as basis for voting candidate but the ability of the candidate to deliver his/her mandate. Because certificate can be bought (let us not pretend about it). By searching Cokoye alone you will see thousands of sellers of this fake certificate.  But one's ability to deliver can't be faked.
