Nigeria President Jonathan Goodluck Ebere declared State of emergency in Adamawa, Yobe and Borno States. In his speach he cited insecurity and killing in Northern Nigeria as the reason.
Could this solve the Bokoharam and security problem in the north?

Yes, declaring state of emergency might look like he is now taken action, but isn't the same Bokoharam government is trying to grant amnesty that is fueling these maladies? Don’t you think there is element of double standard here?
