The Nigerian government plan to train school teachers abroad as part of a strategy to attract highly intelligent Nigerian graduates to the profession.
The Minister of State for Education, Viola Onwuliri, said this in Abuja on Saturday, at a media briefing. She said the Nigerian government had a determination to develop the public education sector.
